Want to get creative but need a hand? The Make Escape is here to help! Run by two crafty souls Momtaz Begum-Hossain and Mia Vilcins, we run craft workshops across London and the UK for adults and children, private parties, corporate groups and at community and creative events.
We launched in 2012 and during that time have inspired over 4,000 people to craft and worked with brands, charities and organisations including Mind, Breast Cancer Care, The Southbank Centre, The Victoria and Albert Museum, The National Wedding Show and Summer University. Our aim is to make crafts fun and accessible for all.
We use every day materials to make spectacular crafts that everyone will enjoy making, whether you’re a beginner or crafts connoisseur you’ll love our workshops. We hold regular events (including our legendary free craft night) and can create bespoke workshops for your needs, for all ages and interests.

FREE CRAFT NIGHT
Established in May 2012, The Make Escape was London's longest running Free Craft Night. The ethos is to make crafts accessible to all. We want to give everyone a chance to make things, especially those on a low income and people who wouldn't otherwise have a chance to get creative. We provide all the materials, tutor-led workshops, a collage corner and knitting tuition. At previous events, Music was provided by DJs The Spinning Yarns and there was a private bar too. This is an evening event for adults only.
